1. Who we are
Numeria Odyssey (the “Service”) is offered by AiEconLab. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to AiEconLab and the team operating Numeria.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Learners under the age of majority must use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult where required.
3. Educational use
Numeria provides mathematics instruction, visual models, practice, feedback, assessments, and optional AI-assisted tutoring. The Service supports learning but does not replace a school, teacher, official curriculum authority, or professional advice. Standards references and lesson materials may be updated as curricula evolve.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected content, infringe another person’s rights, submit harmful or unlawful material, or use interactive or AI features to harass others or bypass safety controls.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is sold for the grade, learner, price, and term shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund details are presented during checkout or in the billing portal. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
6. AI features and mathematical accuracy
AI-assisted explanations can make mistakes. Numeria uses approved curriculum context and deterministic mathematics checks where available, but learners should review important work with a teacher or qualified adult. Please report suspected content errors so affected material can be reviewed.
7. Intellectual property
Numeria’s branding, software, and original learning materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party standards, trademarks, media, and services remain the property of their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or authorized educational use.
8. Service availability and warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every item will always remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiEconLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms and will revise the date above when material changes are posted. We may suspend access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or operational necessity. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Applicable law
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply based on the circumstances and location of the account holder.
